GeneralMind is built by ADA AI GmbH, headquartered in Berlin, Germany, with a second office in Bangalore, India. The platform automates procurement and order workflows across procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes, handling unstructured communication, documents, and ERP integration.

## Funding

GeneralMind raised $12 million (€10.2M) in a pre-seed round — one of the largest European pre-seed rounds in recent years — closed less than six months after operations began. The round was led by Lakestar, Leo Capital, Lucid Capital, Heliad, and BOOOM, with participation from angel investors including Alexander Kudlich, Jens Urbaniak, Samir Sood, and Vishal Lugani.
